Terms of Service · Effective September 22, 2026
By using DewinBox, you agree to use temporary inboxes, long-term forwarding, and related management features in accordance with these terms. Before receiving important email, understand the availability and retention limits.
Temporary addresses expire, and forwarded archives are also time-limited. Do not use them as the only recovery method for important accounts.
You must ensure that sending, receiving, and alias use comply with local law and the rules of the relevant websites.
Spam, fraud, harassment, malicious automation, and attempts to bypass blocks may result in an address or access being suspended.
We work to keep the service available, but cannot guarantee that every third party will accept temporary domains or that email will never be delayed.
Use boundaries
The standard is not traffic volume, but whether conduct respects others, follows the rules, and remains accountable. We may restrict access to suspicious automation or risky activity without prior notice.
| Feature | Service limits | Your responsibility |
|---|---|---|
| Temporary inbox | The address and messages are cleared when the validity period ends | Read promptly and save information you are entitled to retain |
| Long-term forwarding | Depends on the destination mailbox and network delivery conditions | Keep the receiving mailbox available and manage alias status |
| 30-day archive | For short-term review only, not a backup service | Verify and save necessary credentials before the deadline |
| Two-step verification | Requires a compatible mobile authenticator and accurate time | Protect your device, keys, and one-time codes |
Accessing or using the service means you have read and agreed to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to any term, do not create an address, log in to the dashboard, or continue using the features. Mandatory consumer rights in some jurisdictions are not excluded by these terms.
DewinBox provides time-limited temporary addresses, email viewing, validity extensions, address changes, and login-required alias forwarding with short-term archiving. Features, limits, and available domains may change as security and operational needs require.
A temporary email address is not permanent email hosting. Accounts that require long-term recovery, legal notices, or high-value transactions should use an email address you can control continuously.
You must meet the minimum age for using this type of online service in your jurisdiction and have the capacity to agree to these terms. Long-term forwarding uses email verification for login; you must ensure that the login mailbox belongs to you or that you are authorized to use it.
You are responsible for the security of your tokens, mobile authenticator, and devices. If you discover unauthorized access, end the session immediately, secure the receiving mailbox, and contact support.
You may use the service for personal privacy separation, lawful testing, and ordinary communication, but you must not use anonymity to harm others. You must also follow the applicable rules of email senders, receiving websites, and network service providers.
Automated requests must remain at a reasonable frequency. Do not evade rate limits or create large numbers of addresses without a genuine task. We may apply challenges, delays, restrictions, or bans to unusual patterns.
Third-party websites may reject temporary email domains at their discretion, and messages may be delayed by the sender, network conditions, filtering rules, or attachments. We do not guarantee that every website will accept an address or that every message will arrive at a particular time.
Links, products, services, and statements in emails are the sender’s responsibility. Displaying an email does not mean that DewinBox endorses or verifies its contents.
You retain the rights you are entitled to hold in content you handle, while granting us the limited technical license necessary to receive, display, forward, filter, and delete that content. This license exists only to the extent required to provide and protect the service.
If content appears unlawful, infringing, or threatening to system security, we may isolate or delete it. When submitting an infringement notice, provide enough information to locate the content and explain the basis of your rights.
Temporary inboxes operate for the validity period shown in the interface; an extension takes effect only after successful confirmation. Long-term forwarding archives are retained for up to 30 days and may not be recoverable after deletion, expiration, or cleanup.
You must save information you are entitled to keep and genuinely need within the applicable period. We are not obligated to restore expired email or provide long-term backups.
We may suspend an address, alias, account, or access if you breach these terms, create a security risk, respond to a lawful order, or we permanently discontinue a feature. Emergency risks may prevent advance notice.
You may stop using a temporary address or suspend and delete aliases in the dashboard. Termination does not affect obligations arising before termination or terms that must remain effective by law.
The site software, interface, original text, and brand assets belong to DewinBox or the applicable rights holders. These terms grant only the limited, revocable access needed for normal use of the service.
Do not copy the brand in a way that causes confusion, interfere with security mechanisms, or sell or repackage the service without permission. Interoperability activities expressly permitted by law are not improperly restricted.
The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that third-party email or website behavior will meet your expectations.
To the extent permitted by law, you must assess the risks of using a temporary address for a particular task. Do not use the service as a substitute for professional security advice, legal-notice channels, or permanent records.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including losses caused by address expiration, delayed email, or third-party refusal. Liability imposed by mandatory law is not limited by this provision.
You are responsible for reasonable claims arising from your unlawful use, infringement of third-party rights, or breach of these terms. We will take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable losses.
We may update these terms in response to product, security, or legal changes and will show the effective date on this page. We will highlight material changes in an appropriate manner; continued use means you accept the updated version.
Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith communication. For questions about these terms or the service, email support@dewinbox.com. Governing law and venue are determined by mandatory rules together with the rules applicable where the service operator is located.
